Since most of our products are made to order based on your club logo, approved design, and personal requirements, please read the following policy carefully.

1. Custom Product Policy

All custom products require customer approval before production begins. We will only start production after you have confirmed the final design.

2. Eligible Returns & Exchanges

You may contact us for assistance if your order has any of the following issues:

  • The product has obvious quality issues or manufacturing defects.
  • The actual product differs significantly from the final approved design.
  • Custom details or product information are incorrect due to our production errors.
  • The product is seriously damaged or missing during shipping.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or exchanges are generally not accepted in the following situations:

  • You change your mind after approving the final design.
  • Problems result from incorrect information or design materials provided by the customer.
  • Minor handmade or craftsmanship variations that do not affect normal use.
  • Damage caused by improper use or handling.

4. Refunds & Replacements

If an issue is verified to be our responsibility, we will provide an appropriate solution depending on the circumstances, such as free remakes, replacements, partial refunds, or full refunds.

5. Claim Process

Please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product.

Please do not return any items without contacting us and receiving our confirmation first.
